Why we do it
In Mexico, an astonishing 104 thousand tons of garbage are produced daily, yet only 9% of this waste is biodegradable. This means that over 90 thousand tons of non-biodegradable waste—much of it plastic—accumulate every day, contributing to severe environmental issues such as overflowing landfills, polluted rivers, and contaminated oceans. Despite the gravity of the situation, many companies still choose not to address their environmental impact, often prioritizing short-term gains over sustainability and environmental responsibility.
